Haunting synths and a bassline created to accompany one’s journey to hell, this is one dark and moody masterpiece by techno’s finest, Mathew Jonson. I remember buying this on vinyl when I was really drunk one night and completely forgot about it until it arrived in the post a few days later (I’ve done this a few times and throughly recommend it). When I first heard it sober I was completely blown away. Surprisingly though, this track didn’t do particularly well in comparison to Jonson’s lengthy discography, but it shall remain a firm favorite of ours forever. 4″50 is when the magic happens.
