Apparently this is classified as R&B, i would say Chicago house/ italo/ synthpop with some over emotional vocals ….a pretty cool tune that peaked in the uk chart at number 24! although it was know to be big in ‘underground’ discotheques.

This is definitely freestyle, which influences Chicago house for sure, but has a life all of its own as anyone who was a teenafer in Chicago during this period of time will attest. Freestyle kind of ate the city.
