yea BIS means beats in space…Personally i would like to see more vinyl only releases and hence filter out the shit many digital labels are putting out to cash in on a genre that is popular at the time.

I’m involved with the local indie/punk scene, in addition to being a fan of many of the styles discussed here and others like it. I’ve always found vinyl as a given. A 7 inch single or a single artist 12″ is a commitment to music, personally and, to many who have moved on, professionally. Hype and fancy covers are plusses for sure, but i like the fact that small press records are for those who want them.

yea by got i meant listened to, its all going back to vinyl in my opinion. People have actully removed me from promo lists i was on because i have this blog now, and they are worried about it getting leaked. For disco and underground music it destroys it if you release an mp3 as it just gets sent about p2p networks and blogs and shit. although vinyl releases are a lot more lengthy and risky, probably better to keep it on vinyl for the hype factor too.
