Sorry its taken us until Wednesday to talk about the last Optimo Espacio, needless to say we were feeling very weak the last few days, its not often the muscle is taken out of Bicep, but my god Sunday night was one of the greatest clubbing experiences I’ve ever had.
From the start of the night (5pm) there was a buzz. In true Optimo style, there was no elitist bullcrap, a tiny guest list for family and queuing was forbidden before 8pm. The two bars beside Sub Club were ram jammed and come 7.30 people were edgy, itching the elbows and twitching at the neck which is not to mention the smokers outside, who were that extra 10 meters closer to the club doors. One person said he seen a guy smoking a 2 foot cigarette, just so he could stay outside longer…. and not look so suspicious for if he was caught queuing, the penalty was serious humiliation.
