After a long time in the works we are happy to finally launch a new monthly podcast series which you can grab direct from Itunes. For the first mix we have got fellow AUS label mate Youandewan. He nailed it last year with a big one on the imprint, FM Jam which we played on our Rinse show, and started off this year with another great release on AUS called ‘Spiral Arms’ which you can stream HERE.
Youandewan on the mix; “It was recorded at home on Ableton… I tend to take a bit more time and consideration with podcasts, rather then pipe em down in one take (hence rippin’ and planting in Ableton). I like a steady builder, for peep driving about in their cars, walking their dog, stumbling home etc. This one is no exception.”
We also asked him what he has got in the pipeline. “I’ve got another EP coming before summer, and I’m also in the early stages of writing an LP. I’ve finally got an actual studio to work in too, which is changing everything!”
