Thriller is the fledgling, bespoke offshoot of a very well known label and features the work of key artists from the dubstep/bass scene. ‘Genie’ has its own tricks up its sleeve and comes from equally enigmatic quarters, employing a shifted R&B, 80′s Disco spine only to self destruct in the most glamorous, heavy circumstances imaginable. Enough of standing in the corner nodding yr heads, Thriller are reclaiming the dancefloor.

The edit of this track has become this years biggest dddddisco hit! on the wonderful Tiger & Woods – Gin Nation. File this track with the likes of ‘The Revenge- Night Flight‘ and Marke’s R&B Drunkie- its an instant classic. Another case for the edits, looks like they are still doing it for us, just need to keep adding your own spice. The original is a funk great, with its heavy bass-lead there is no way you cant get up and dance stupid to it.

Ever since I first encountered MCDE, in Justin Miller & Jaques Renault mix for FACT magazine, I became obsessed. The raw cuts EP we posted a wile back is great and so is this. Think a collaboration between Mark E, Efdemin and RicardoVillalobos and your kinda there. Choppy vocals deep chords and jackin drums dont get much better!
