Out on playhouse records back in 2004, ‘Kinda New’ was a modest little slice of camp playful tech house. 

The Tiefschwarz remix kinda kicked off the whole electro/disco house bug a few years ago, around the same time 2manydjs got famous. I used to love this tune, still not bad, if not a little vulgar…..although it’s a bit of an ‘old faithful’ when it comes to get a floor going.

Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark, a British band in ze 80s(79-88) that make some swish synth pop. Talking Loud and Clear is a great track to start on considering we are yet to put any OMD up, will have to sort this out with some more classics. Word of advice, this tune doesn’t always go down to well- (when i have played it out that is), have seen Tiefschwarz play this on a couple of occasions as their “quirky” last tune!

Remember buying this on vinyl after hearing it on Claude Von Stroke’s fabric Cd a couple of years ago.  Shit that was a really good Fabric mix, what happened that guy??

Old classic here, always goes down well at any party. The techno/ house anthem that was played everywhere for a period of 2 years. Still fondly remembered in my heart as one of my favourite all time party tunes! can remember numerous occasions when the likes of Ivan Smagghe dropped this bomb!
