Dis is some f’hunky asz shit right here, damn……The hook, the drums, the trumpets…..it all works baby… perfect as a little interlude in a set, not much happens, it just rolls and rolls.

Wade Nichols as you may well know was the aids ridden porn star who died from one to many suck jobs, back in the 80’s…. although he lives ever more, thanks to Todd Terje adopting his name as an alias for some of his sleazier funky outgoings!

Played this at a festival in Manchester over the summer, and the place went off, great stuff.

Some of you might already know that Todd Terje’s ‘Wade Nichols’ alias was inspired by the late 1970’s pornstar turned singer turned pornstar Dennis Parker, aka Wade Nichols.
Sadly Denni ole’ boy went and got himself loaded up with Aids (probably getting blown off by one of the several coke head hookers he often rubbed shoulders with)

Dennis then decided to get blown one final time, (he opted for a shotgun)………. so his output was sadly cut short……..but….he still left his mark. Here’s his silky disco gem ‘Like an Eagle’…..
If you’ve been listening to Radio 1 over the past few years, you’ll have heard this tune sampled to death in ”par-t-one -- just keep walking” amongst others.
